It looks like one of the four playable characters in Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, King Shark to be exact, will be played by WWE Star Samoa Joe.
If you watched the trailer from this weekend and are familiar you likely heard Joe’s voice in the trailer when King Shark spoke. But, the wrestler himself has now confirmed the news on Twitter. This is a great choice for the character and it will be exciting to see what other casting announcements are made in the coming months and years, before the game’s 2022 release on PS5.
Rocksteady finally unveiled their new game this past weekend at DC FanDome after five years of development. The reveal trailer gives us a look at the four playable characters, King Shark, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and Captain Boomerang. You can watch that trailer here. The game will be a continuation of the Arkham-verse and set in the same universe.
