Mass Effect 4 (or whatever it ends up being called) is in the very early stages of development, but BioWare has said that a number series veterans have returned for the next instalment in the popular sci-fi franchise.
Mike Gable, who is heading up the project, took to Twitter to confirm that Dusty Everman and Parrish Ley will be serving as principle narrative designer and creative director, respectively. Both worked on the original series in various roles.

Dusty was one of the key people responsible for bringing the original Normandy to life. Parrish was the cinematic director for the Mass Effect Trilogy. Many of the amazing moments you had were crafted from him and the team.
Elsewhere, Gamble also name-checked Brenon Holmes, who is currently involved with the Mass Effect Legendary Edition and is a 20-year veteran of BioWare. Derek Watts, the art director for Mass Effect, is also returning.

From what we know so far, the game is going to be a sequel to the original Mass Effect Trilogy, which featured Commander Shepherd battling against the Reaper invasion across the galaxy. Some of his iconic N7 armor was spotted in the Mass Effect 4 teaser trailer.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition is due out on PS4, PC and Xbox One in Spring 2021.
